submitted by Dawn R. - |Recommended: YesLast Friday Bbque — Wrote a more detailed review on the falls fb page but briefly kudos to Danielle and Scott for organizing a great time last friday at Falls court apt..The food burgers dogs beer chips chicken amazing, and a shout out also to the maint staff jamora,jerry deon and john for setting up cooking and giving the residents a great afternoon,The only problem .. the weather but we still managed to get it in with little problem. Can't wait to see whats planned for the holidays. Thanks again we appreciate the effort ..

submitted by R.W. - |Recommended: YesGoing On 5 — well we have been here going on 5 yrs.Needless to say the location is convienent near stores doctors , hospital and work all within range walking or otherwise. Parking isnt a concern for us since e do not own a vehicle but small lot and street parking there is plenty except of course do to a s w storm cant say the s word after this years storm..lol apt is roomy for a 1 bdrm storage space helps. Maintainence through the years and today steady, friendly,pleasant a good crew .Now we have had alot of property mgrs over this time and adjusted to each..when danielle took over she inherited lets say internal problems .Now it took awhile to iron things out and as I have found out do not be too quick to judge.With the 2015 issues behind us danielle and scott have leveled out all disturbances and internal issues and things are smooth so for that we appreciate there efforts.So all in all hoping to be here for year 5.neighbors a plus for a small commmunity too.

Falls Court is located in a great neighborhood, within walking distance to a grocery store just about anything you need. I love the layout of my apartment an eat in kitchen is important to me, large bedroom with plenty of storage closets throughout the apartment. The buildings are older and you do heard some noises but it mostly quiet. The Management staff is great to work with. The maintenance staff are always friendly quick to respond. I really enjoy living here, this is home.

My building is quiet and the neighbors are nice, these are older buildings so you are going to hear some noise but nothing really annoying. The maintenance staff responds quickly and are always friendly respectful, just say they are awesome. The property manager Danielle is awesome herself, she is always there to help however she can,very professional and Scott is great to work with too . Good location, within walking distance to grocery store and driving to just about anywhere. There is a small parking lot but there is not enough space for even 1 car per apartment so it can be hard to get a space later in the evening, though I have not had any problem, there is parking on the side street. With heat included in the rent it helps with a tight budget. Falls Court is my home.
